TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all registrations onto our online classes, courses and
programmes.

1. Eligibility
You (as Registrant) must be 18 years of age or older to participate in a ReWYLDE online classes,
courses and programmes.
As set forth in the Disclaimer, all the information provided on this Website and the resources available on
this Website are for educational and informational purposes only, it is not designed as, and shall not be
viewed or used as legal, financial, tax, medical, health, or any other professional advice.
2. Payment / Registration
The fee for the online classes, courses and programmes (the “Fee”) must be paid in full at the time
of registration. Registration is not complete until ReWYLDE has received such full payment of the
Fee. You are responsible for non-payment, even if the Fee is being paid by a third party. After
successful registration, you will receive an e-mail from ReWYLDE acknowledging your enrollment in
the Online Course.
Courses will be billed in Great British Pounds (GBP). We accept all major debit and credit cards via
PayPal checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. Submission of your
registration, alongside with full payment of the Fee constitute your acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by you:
You have the right to cancel your contract for an online course with ReWYLDE at any time up to 6
days after purchasing the Online Course. You will receive a full refund of any payments you have
made.
You can cancel or reschedule your class no later than 12 hours prior to the class commencing in your
account online.
This cancellation right is provided to you in line with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
If you cancel your registration in an Online Course at any time after the periods described above, you
will not be entitled to a refund, except in exceptional circumstances, which will be entirely at the
discretion of ReWYLDE. If a refund is granted to you, an administration fee may be charged.
Cancellation by us:
ReWYLDE reserves the right to cancel the Online Course by giving you notice in writing (including by
email) at any time before the course is due to start. ReWYLDE will refund all fees paid by you and if
possible, will endeavour to offer a transfer to another course as an alternative, subject to payment
or refund of any difference in purchase price.
ReWYLDE liability when it cancels an Online Course will be limited to a refund of the Fee or any other
charges paid for the cancelled Online Course. For partial cancellation of an Online Course, such

refunds will be made on a proportionate basis. All dates are subject to change, however notice of
such change will be given and refunds will not be issued for any rescheduled class.

4. Course Content
The course description is intended to indicate only the general nature of the course and does not
guarantee content. ReWYLDE reserves the right to amend the course and alter details at its
discretion.
ReWYLDE is not responsible if you fail to meet the Online Course requirements and you should
ensure that you allocate sufficient time to allow you to successfully complete the Online Course.
Refunds are only available as set out in paragraph 3 above.
5. Student Conduct
By continuing to access or use the Online Course and the website www.rewylde.com (the
“Website”), or any content located via the Online Course and/or on the Website, you signify your
acceptance of the below terms. ReWYLDE may modify these terms and conditions from time to
time.
ReWYLDE grants you a limited license to access and use the content located via the Online Course
and/or on the Website in connection with the Online Course you are enrolled in. As a condition of
such license, you agree that:
•All materials – including but not limited to text, photographs, video, audio, images and any other
content – appearing via the Online Course and/or on the Website are protected by copyrights
and/or other proprietary rights belonging to ReWYLDE and/or other third parties. You agree to abide
by all applicable laws regarding copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights and privacy rights in the US,
UK and any other jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Website.
•You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, distribute, disseminate, publish, post, display, perform,
modify, create derivative works from, upload to, transmit, or in any way exploit any content from
the Online Course and/or on the Website. You may not sell or offer for sale any of the content, or
allow third parties to access it, or use such content to construct any kind of database. You may use
the content from the Online Course and/or on the Website only for personal, non-commercial use.
•Any violation of these terms may result in your expulsion from the Online Course and/or ReWYLDE,
and you may be subjected to fines and penalties.
You agree to maintain the security of any user name and password required for accessing the Online
Course. You will notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your username
and/or password.

ReWYLDE makes no claim that the Online Course content is appropriate for any particular purpose
or audience, or that it may be downloaded outside of the United Kingdom or the United States.
Access to the Online Course may not be legal for certain persons, or in certain countries. When

accessing the Online Course and/or the Website, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of
your jurisdiction.
ReWYLDE reserves the right to remove you from the Online Course and/or the Website if you do not
respect these guidelines, ReWYLDE staff and/or fellow students.
6. No Guarantees as to Results
As set forth in the Disclaimer, you accept that the Company does not guarantee any certain results of taking
any action, whether recommended on this Website or not. The Company provides educational and
informational materials that are designed to the benefit of the users of this Website. You nonetheless
acknowledge that your ultimate success or failure will be the outcome of your own efforts, your particular
situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the reach and/ or knowledge of the Company.
You also acknowledge that prior reviews of certain results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Thus, the
results obtained by others – whether clients of the Company or otherwise – applying the recommendations
posted on this Website provide no guarantee that you or any other person or entity will be able to achieve
similar results.
7. Data Protection
By registering with ReWYLDE and by paying the fees, you agree to ReWYLDE collecting and using
your personal data. This will be done in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and ReWYLDE

8. Technology Requirements
The Online Course is facilitated through an online learning management system. It is your
responsibility to ensure that you have the proper hardware and software requirements, along with
access to Wi-Fi, to be able to participate in the course. You will need to ensure you have the proper
technology at the time of registration as will be provided with the registration details.
ReWYLDE is not be responsible for any errors or failures in relation to your ability to access the
Online Course, the Website or any related materials, including where such errors or failures are
caused by: (i) a loss of connection to ReWYLDE from your end; (ii) a breakdown or problems with the
online software and/or (iii) a breakdown or problems with your internet connection, computer or
system.
9. Submissions to the Website
ReWYLDE does not claim possession of the materials you provide to the Website. However, by posting,
uploading, entering, or providing your Submission you are giving the Company, our related companies, and
necessary sub-licensees concession to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their
Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display or
perform, edit, translate, and reformat your Submission.
Unless otherwise agreed, no compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as
provided herein. The Company is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and
may remove any Submission at any time in the Company's sole discretion.
By posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that
you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including,

without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input, or submit the
Submissions.
10. Disclaimer
You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any
other ReWYLDE online programme to determine if it is right for your needs. If you have any
health problems, injuries and if you experience intense pain while doing the exercises, or if
you have any other concerns consult with your physician before joining any of the ReWYLDE
Face Yoga programmes or classes to determine whether it is good for your needs. Do not start
our programmes if your physician advises against it. ReWYLDE does not take responsibility for
your results. ReWYLDE online programs and all other articles on this site offer health and
fitness information and are designed for educational purposes only. You should not rely on
this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace professional medical advice, diagnosis,
or treatment. The use of any information and exercises provided in this or any other ReWYLDE
programme is solely at your own risk.
